By accessing pegd.org or using any XRPEGGED service (marketplace, compute pool, token swap), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. You represent that your use complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. XRPEGGED services are not available where prohibited by law.
PEGD is a utility token used as a medium of exchange within PEGD Market. It is not an investment product. Acquiring PEGD for speculative purposes is done entirely at your own risk. There is no guarantee of liquidity or future value.
PEGD Market is a peer-to-peer platform. XRPEGGED facilitates listings but is not the seller of record for third-party items. Disputes between buyers and sellers are between those parties. XRPEGGED may, at its discretion, mediate disputes but is under no obligation to do so.
Participation in the PEGD Compute Pool is voluntary. Payouts are calculated based on contributed hashrate and are variable. You are responsible for the electricity costs and hardware risks associated with running mining software. XRPEGGED is not liable for hardware damage or energy costs incurred.
This site and all services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. XRPEGGED does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XRPEGGED and its officers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to loss of tokens, data, or profits.
