🔍 What Happens Each Escrow Release
- 1B XRP escrow finishes on the first of the month via
EscrowFinish (proof is on-ledger).
- Unused XRP is re-escrowed into new future contracts; the remainder is available for distribution.
- Distribution flows go through known Ripple wallets (escrow, distribution, OTC) before leaving Ripple control.
- Nothing is burned in this process; only transaction fees are permanently destroyed.
- Each release has a transaction hash, amount released, amount re-locked, and net distribution you can link to.
When ledger proofs are fetched, timeline items show “VERIFIED” with links; otherwise values are estimated.
