What we do not collect

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, or physical addresses unless you provide them as part of an order.

Blockchain data

Wallet addresses and transaction hashes you interact with on XRP Ledger or Solana are permanently public on those blockchains. We have no ability to delete or modify on-chain data.

Third-party services

Cloudflare — hosting, Workers, D1 database. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Unmineable — compute pool routing. Your wallet address and hashrate are shared with Unmineable to compute earnings.
Jupiter Aggregator — if you use the Jupiter swap link, Jupiter's own terms and privacy policy apply.

Data retention

Compute pool records (wallet, hashrate, payout history) are retained indefinitely for payout audit purposes. You may request deletion of your record by emailing us; note that payouts already processed cannot be reversed or deleted.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Contact us at xrpegged@proton.me.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted with a revised "Last updated" date.
