Treasury Charter & Governance
The rules that govern the PEGD treasury, the Treasurer role, and how the community can act on both.
Article I — The Treasury
The PEGD treasury is the on-chain reserve backing the PEGD token and its ecosystem. All treasury assets are held in publicly auditable wallets. No asset moves without an on-chain transaction visible to all holders.
The treasury is the project. It is not owned by any individual — it is stewarded on behalf of all PEGD holders by the appointed Treasurer.
Article II — The Treasurer
1
The Treasurer is the sole custodian of all PEGD treasury wallets. The Treasurer is responsible for all asset movements, liquidity decisions, buyback execution, and on-chain reporting.
2
The Treasurer does not own treasury assets. All assets held in treasury wallets belong to the PEGD project and its holders. The Treasurer acts as steward, not proprietor.
3
The current Treasurer is Allthemoney, appointed at the establishment of the treasury on Sol 22, 2026 (July 9, 2026).
4
The Treasurer may not use treasury assets for personal gain. All asset movements must serve the growth, stability, or operations of the PEGD ecosystem.
5
The Compute Treasury is kept separate from the Main Treasury for operational safety. Compute funds cover mining infrastructure, pool operations, and transaction fees only.
Article III — Term & Renewal
Treasurer Term — 10 Years
Sol 22, 2026 — Start
Sol 22, 2036 — Renewal Vote
1
The current term began Sol 22, 2026 (July 9, 2026) and runs through Sol 22, 2036 (July 9, 2036).
2
90 days before term expiry a community renewal vote opens. Any PEGD holder may participate. One PEGD = one vote.
3
A simple majority renews the Treasurer for another 10-year term. If the majority votes to replace, a 60-day transition begins during which a successor is nominated and confirmed by holders.
4
The Treasurer may voluntarily step down at any time with 30 days notice, triggering an emergency successor vote.
Article IV — Holder Directives
1
PEGD holders meeting treasury parity may submit and vote on directives through the
Directives Portal. The Treasurer is bound to act on directives that pass a holder majority vote within 30 days of passage.
2
Directives may not instruct the Treasurer to violate this charter, applicable law, or the security of treasury assets.
Article V — Transparency
1
All treasury wallet addresses are public and listed in Article I. Any holder may audit balances at any time on-chain.
2
Live treasury balances are displayed on the
PEGD homepage and updated in real time.
3
The Treasurer will publish a treasury report at least once per IFC month summarizing inflows, outflows, buybacks, and current holdings.
